The Water Efficiency Home Assessment is available from now through the end of 2026 to rural residents who own or rent homes in the Salinas Valley.
SVBGSA is offering this as part of the Water Efficiency Pilot Program. The assessments, conducted by WaterWise Consulting, Inc., include an on-site evaluation of indoor and outdoor water use. Trained experts will check for leaks, review irrigation systems, and evaluate plumbing fixtures and appliances. Residents will receive a detailed report with personalized recommendations. Part of the assessment can include the installation of complimentary devices that will help you reduce your water use, and also possibly save energy and money.
