Duties: Monitor subbasin sustainability criteria, prioritize subbasin specific projects and management actions, seek community input and identify preferred funding mechanisms.
Membership: Interested stakeholders who have demonstrated effective collaboration and leadership working on water related topics.
Criteria for members are to:
• Work collaboratively with others
• Commit time needed for thoughtful engagement
• Experience with collaboration and leadership working on water related topics
Applicants should live or work within the boundaries of the Subbasin that they are applying for. There is a two-year requested time commitment. There will be no alternates and seats will be assigned to the individual who applies (not an organization). Once established, the Committees will determine the meeting frequency and schedule.
Committee membership will not exceed 12 members. Applications will be submitted to the SVBGSA Executive Committee for review at their February 24th, 2022 meeting. The SVBGSA Board of Directors will appoint Committee members during the March 10th, 2022 meeting.
