The SVBGSA and MCWRA Joint Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is an ad hoc committee that provides technical input on groundwater and surface water related topics. TAC members are third-party experts with expertise in hydrology, hydrogeology, hydrological modeling, civil engineering or a related field. The TAC provides technical guidance and peer review on items such as geologic or hydrogeologic studies, groundwater model development or refinement, hydrogeologic conceptual model updates, and feasibility studies to address groundwater sustainability and is convened as needed by SVBGSA and MCWRA staff.
