Sustainable Management Criteria Technical Advisory Committee

The Sustainable Management Criteria Technical Advisory Committee (SMC TAC) is a technical advisory committee that provides science-based advice on management actions and projects to the Forebay and Upper Valley Subbasin Implementation Committees. The SMC TAC considers the findings of the Forebay and Upper Valley annual reports to recommend whether actions are needed to maintain sustainability. SMC TAC members are third-party experts with expertise in hydrology, hydrogeology, hydrological modeling, civil engineering or related fields. The SMC TAC meets annually on the second Wednesday of April from 2-4 P.M. with special meetings as needed. The SMC TAC is a Brown Act Committee and its meetings are open to the public.
